Samsung has officially launched the Samsung Galaxy S23 series of smartphones, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy in India. All three variants of the Galaxy S23 series — the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and the Galaxy S23 Ultra will be available for pre-order in India.

Users can also avail of an additional Rs 2,000 welcome voucher when the purchase is made via the Samsung Shop app. Users who pre-order the phone on the Samsung website will also get an option to buy the phone in exclusive color options.

Samsung Galaxy S23 series is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, and the device also supports Ray Tracing. All three models also come with an improved OLED display with a peak brightness of 1750nits.

The Galaxy S23 series of smartphones will support night mode for both video and photo mode. The Galaxy S23 and S23+ have a 50MP primary camera, 12MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens. The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 200MP primary camera, 12MP ultra-wide angle lens, and two 10MP telephoto lenses.

Samsung Galaxy S23 series devices will be powered by a custom version of Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 8 gen 2 chipsets launched in November 2022. The smartphone may feature a 7.6-inch QXGA+ primary display and a 6.2-inch HD+ cover display. Both will be AMOLED screens with a 120Hz high refresh rate. It will draw power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 flagship SoC.

The main lens will now be a 50MP primary lens instead of a 12MP as seen on the predecessor. It will be assisted by a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 12MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom support. It will have a 16MP selfie camera on the inside and a 10MP selfie camera on the cover display. 

The Galaxy Z Flip 4’s all four colors are visible in the renders. The clamshell phone will come in Black, Light Blue, Bora Purple, and Rose Gold colors. The design of the phone will be similar to its predecessor, what will differ are the specs, the report further added.

It will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED primary display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a Full-HD+ resolution. The secondary or the cover display will get an upgrade this time, it will have a 2.1-inch AMOLED panel. This is bigger than the predecessor’s 1.9-inch cover display.

Finally, the big day has arrived. I’m not talking about Unpacked — that doesn’t happen until the 10th of next month, but rather, the actual device reveal: when we get to see the upcoming handsets in high-resolution, from all angles, for the first time. Not that there’s all that much new to see, per se – both the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 are iterative improvements on their predecessors, and thus the changes
