Google Pixel 7 Series is expected to sport a 50MP primary sensor accompanied by a 12MP ultrawide lens. However, the Pro version might get a 48MP telephoto lens. Rumors also indicate that the Pixel 7 Pro will have two new camera modes. The first one might be called Cinematic mode and will allow users to record videos in portrait mode. The second mode will be a new Macro Focus mode that will supposedly let users take close-ups using the ultrawide lens.

  1. Google Pixel 7 Series lineup features Google’s improved Tensor G2 chip. While the new chip provides a small performance boost over its predecessor, that is not what is truly remarkable about the new chips. The chip will feature more powerful machine-learning tools that will allow it to translate languages in real time.
  2. The G2 chip will also power the new Super Res Zoom feature and tools like Cinematic Blur and Face Unblur. Google said that the chip will drive big advancements in speech, photography, video technology and security.
  3. Both Google phones start with 128GB of storage, with the Pixel 7 topping out at 256GB. The smaller phone comes with 8GB of RAM. The Pixel 7 Pro goes up to 256GB and 512GB of storage. All versions come with 12GB of RAM. 

Google Pixel 7 Series smartphones have officially launched at an event in New York. The new phones will be powered by the Tensor G2 chipset.  Meanwhile, pre-orders for the Pixel 7 series have begun on Flipkart at 8.15 pm for those who are interested in getting their hands on the new Pixel phones. The phones will go on sale on October 13 in India. The Pixel 7 Pro costs Rs 84,999, though several bank offers and exchange offers can bring the price down to Rs 69,999. The Pixel 7 will cost Rs 59,999 in India.
